A unique volume, produced by 24 ORE Cultura with Adriano Attus, to stimulate children’s imaginations using unusual elements: numbers. In this book, numbers – from 1 to 9 – are represented with geometric shapes. The number sequences, freely chosen by the young reader, give rise to drawings and compositions that are always different from each other, abstract and unique works that, thanks to the use of magnets and magnetized sheets, can be made and taken apart endlessly, following each child’s imagination and creativity. Attus pushes young readers to learn about and investigate the world of numbers and geometric shapes by accompanying them on a journey that will prove to be as exciting and infinite as numbers are.

AUTHOR
Adriano Attus – Graduated in Graphic Design and Communication at the Cfp Riccardo Bauer in Milan, he has been a designer for more than 25 years in the periodicals of major Italian publishers, ranging from “Bravacasa,” “Oggi,” “Max,” “Il Mondo” to “Panorama.” He is currently creative director of Sole 24 Ore. As a visual artist, he has exhibited his works at Mudec Art Wall in Milan, Wopart in Lugano and the Lucca Biennale. Multifaceted and multimedia, he has worked with Axa, Banca Cesare Ponti, Bloomberg, Bombay Sapphire, Bmw, Eni, Poste Italiane. A former communications consultant for the Archdiocese of Milan, he is a lecturer at the IULM Master of Journalism.
